Mission Statement: The Griswold School Community is committed to encouraging children to develop their potential as life-long learners. To this end, we will provide experiences which enable children to meet academic and social challenges with perseverance, confidence, sensitivity and responsibility in order for them to make a positive influence on their world.

Griswold School, in the Kensington section of Berlin, provides a strong education to over 600 students in grades K - 5. Our teachers are well-educated and dedicated to delivering the strongest standards-based curriculum to our students. Our entire staff strives every day to help our students become life-long learners.
